Team building activities can be of great value to companies who are looking for the highest levels of efficiency from their personnel. Put people in an unfamiliar environment, present them with a challenge, stand back and watch them develop. We avoid tasks that are excessively difficult physically, participants need only be of an average fitness level. No one is required to do everything, the object is to have fun, work together as a team and beat the opposition, it is surprising the hidden talents that emerge. Set either on our farm home base or on a beautiful country estate the activities take place outdoors. Tasks include bridge building, blind driving, shooting, archery, simple map reading, zip line, paintball fight and booby trapped wood. Mission Impossible is a full day event normally starting at 10am and finishing around 4.30pm. Catering is either at a local hostelry or the Manor house depending on which site we use.
